Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup, skincare, and beauty products are non-returnable once delivered.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The seal or packaging has been tampered with.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The product shade, fragrance, or texture does not meet personal preference.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product leaks or arrives broken.
Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Many beauty retailers require quick reporting for damage claims.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any damage, leakage, or missing-item claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Complete unboxing video from the sealed package
Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Replacement Policy
Approved claims will receive:
- Product replacement, or
- Store credit, or
- Refund to the original payment method
The resolution method will depend on product availability.
Refund Timeline
Once the claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount is credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges
- COD charges (if applicable)
- Gift packaging charges
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Refused deliveries may incur shipping deductions.
